What Does It Offer?
Application Import
Application details from committee file PDFs are added to an Excel list. If the same application number comes again, the row is updated rather than duplicated.
Report and Minutes Generation
Word documents and a CSV file for Google Contacts are prepared for all or the selected applications. You can customize the templates.
Report Writing
Write the report section by section inside the program; Word formatting is preserved, and changes you make in Word also show up in the program.
Working with Your Phone
The consumer and expert signatures are taken by finger on the phone, photos are captured, and the minutes are saved as JPG/PDF or shared via WhatsApp. Data arrives on your computer automatically.
Information Calls
Calls the consumers you select through your own SIP/VoIP account and plays a personalized information announcement. It has a trial mode, time limits and a log.
Windows, Linux and macOS
Works with ready-made packages; you do not need to install Python. Windows 10/11, Ubuntu 22.04 and later, and Apple silicon macOS are supported.

All people and company details in the screenshots are fictitious; they contain no real application data.
Your Data
- The complaint list, your saved signature and your markings are stored only on your own computer and phone.
- Transfer between phone and computer is end-to-end encrypted (AES-256-GCM). The key exists only on your own devices.
- The license server does not receive consumer names, national ID numbers, addresses, phone numbers or application numbers. Only an irreversible hash is sent to the server.

License and Credits
1 credit = 100 TRY
The program works with prepaid credits. One credit is deducted when each new application file is first processed (one file = one credit); the same application is never charged again. Credits are loaded to your account after payment.
