Privacy and Data Protection Notice (KVKK)

This notice explains how personal data is processed on zdkmuhendislik.com, in line with Turkey's Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK).
1. Data controller

2. Personal data processed, how it is collected, and purposes
Your personal data is collected electronically through this website, by way of the contact form, e-mail and the automatic records of the infrastructure hosting the site, wholly or partly by automated means.
- Contact form and e-mail: your name, e-mail address, subject and message (including other details you choose to share in your message, such as a phone number). Purpose: replying to your request and handling consulting, quotation, license or credit enquiries.
- Server and security records: technical data such as IP address and browser information, processed automatically by the hosting and security provider to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
- Online tools: the PDF merge, split and image-to-PDF tools on this site run entirely in your own device's browser. The files you select are not uploaded to our servers, are not stored, and are not shared with third parties.
3. Legal basis
Your data is processed because it is necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, and for the legitimate interests of the data controller in answering enquiries and keeping the site secure, provided this does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms (KVKK Art. 5/2).
4. Recipients and transfers
Contact form messages are delivered to us by e-mail through the form service Web3Forms; e-mail is received through Google (Gmail) and Cloudflare e-mail routing, and the site is hosted by Cloudflare. These providers may process data on servers located outside Turkey. Data is shared with them only as needed to provide these services. We do not sell personal data. 5. Retention
Messages are kept for as long as needed to conclude your request and for the periods set by applicable legislation (such as tax, commercial and limitation-period provisions), and are then deleted, destroyed or anonymized. Server and security records are kept according to the hosting provider's own policy.
6. Cookies and third-party services
The site itself has no login and does not set session cookies. It loads some third-party resources, such as Google Fonts, Font Awesome and typed.js, and it shows Google AdSense advertising code. Google may use cookies and similar technologies for advertising. You can manage ad personalization at adssettings.google.com and delete or block cookies in your browser settings.
7. Your rights
Under KVKK Art. 11 you may apply to the data controller to exercise the following rights:
- Learn whether your personal data is processed and, if so, request information about it,
- Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in line with that purpose,
- Know the third parties to whom your data is transferred in Turkey or abroad,
- Request correction if the data is incomplete or inaccurate and, where the conditions are met, its deletion or destruction,
- Request that corrections and deletions be notified to third parties to whom the data was transferred,
- Object to a result against you arising from analysis of your data exclusively by automated systems,
- Claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
You can send your requests to iletisim@zdkmuhendislik.com. Depending on their nature, requests are concluded free of charge as soon as possible and within 30 days at the latest. If your request is rejected, the reply is insufficient, or no reply is given in time, you may file a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Board under KVKK Art. 14.
